1. Health Report (Obtained from Family Physician)

2. Identity Card: Original and Photocopy

3. 4 passport-size photos taken within the last 6 months (Photographs with headscarf are acceptable provided that the forehead, chin and face are open.)

Wedding Procedures (Foreign Nationals)

1. Certificate of no impediment to marriage / Certificate of celibacy (Multilingual or Apostilled)

2. Consulate approval and approval of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, If “the certificate of no impediment to marriage” is not multilingual or apostilled

3. Birth Certificate

4. Notarized Translation of Passport

5. Health Report

6. 4 photos taken during the last 6 months (Photographs with headscarf are acceptable provided that the forehead, chin and face are open
Permit Certificate

Certificate of Freedom to Marry

1. Health Report (Obtained from Family Physician)

2. Identity Card: Original and Photocopy

3. 2    passport-size photos taken within the last 6 months (Photographs with headscarf are acceptable provided that the forehead, chin and face are open.)

*** If neither of the persons to be married do not reside in Keçiören, any one of the partners must apply to our municipality after obtaining a permission certificate from the district municipality where they reside.

 

*** If one of the persons to be married cannot apply personally, transactions can be made with an appropriate power of attorney for marriage.

*** The Health Report will be given by the Family Physician to which you are affiliated as of 01/04/2019.

     - Even if no blood is taken from the woman, it is compulsory to prepare a report and submit it during the application.

*** Health Reports of Foreign Nationals will be given from ÇANKAYA AÇSAP CENTER
