- Coordinate and carry out the procurement and tender processes to ensure that all kinds of machines, vehicles, construction machinery, and equipment used in municipal services, as well as the necessary spare parts, fuel, lubricants, antifreeze, tires, chains, and vehicle repair kits for these machines, vehicles, and equipment, are provided under appropriate conditions and on time; perform acceptance procedures and ensure their dispatch and delivery to the relevant units.

- Purchase or lease the electrical-electronic testing devices, tools, equipment, and machinery required for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of vehicles and equipment.

- Perform or supervise all kinds of repairs, maintenance, and supply works for all municipal vehicles and construction machinery, ensuring that they are always operational and ready to provide service.

- Regularly monitor the consumption of fuel, oil, spare parts, tires, chains, and other materials used by vehicles and construction machinery through monthly and annual schedules; investigate and analyze any vehicles or machines with excessive consumption.

- Ensure the supply and replenishment of spare parts, fuel, oil, antifreeze, and other consumables for generators at municipal facilities that are illuminated and heated by the municipality.

- Follow and conclude the necessary legal procedures in cases such as traffic or work accidents; track the collection of material damage costs from insurance companies resulting from accidents.

- Monitor the scrapping process for vehicles that have reached the end of their economic life or have become unusable due to accidents, fire, damage, or similar reasons.

- Carry out the repair and refurbishment of vehicle interiors, vehicle seats, and personnel chairs and seats; upon request, perform maintenance and repairs for wooden and metal movable assets within municipal units.
