The park built by Keçiören Municipality in the Kanuni Neighborhood has been inaugurated. The new park has been named after Veteran Colonel Yakup Kutman, who lost both of his legs above the knee when an improvised explosive device (IED) detonated during an operation carried out in the Amanos Mountains of Hatay on 11 June 2016.
