ÇALDIRAN ZÜMRÜT LIVING AREA

The Çaldıran Zümrüt Living Area includes a wedding hall designed to meet the social needs of district residents, such as sharing special occasions and celebrating together in a safe and peaceful environment. KEÇMEK and KEDEM units are also located within the Çaldıran Zümrüt Living Area.

ÇALDIRAN ZÜMRÜT LIVING AREA – OTTOMAN WEDDING HALLS

The halls, offered for events such as weddings, engagements and henna nights, have a capacity of 400 people and are equipped with a kitchen, bridal room, projector and screen, and air-conditioning systems for heating and cooling.

HALL USAGE RULES

• Serving dishes with broth/sauce (stew-type hot meals) in the hall is prohibited. However, packaged foods (such as portioned döner, pide, etc.) may be served.

• The sound system to be set up in the hall, tablecloths, waitstaff for service and the organisation of the event are the responsibility of the person or organisation renting the hall.

• The provision and distribution of refreshments to be served in the hall are the responsibility of the person or organisation renting the hall.

• Collecting the waste arising from service and refreshments in the hall is the responsibility of the person or organisation renting the hall.

• Our hall cannot be rented for any political activity or for meetings and demonstrations that are contrary to social values.

HALL RENTAL FEES

• Free of charge, on condition of residence in Keçiören.

DAYS OF OPERATION

Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday – Friday – Saturday – Sunday

Our hall is closed on Mondays for cleaning.

Office working hours at the facilities are 08:00–17:00, seven days a week.

EVENT HOURS

• Weekdays: 19:00–22:00

• Weekends (daytime): 13:00–15:30 / 19:00–22:00
