Our library was opened to the public on 28 April 2025. The ownership of Atapark Public Library belongs to Keçiören Municipality of the Republic of Türkiye.

Located on the second floor of the mansion in Atapark Neighbourhood, our library has a total capacity of 60 seats, including a 20-seat children’s room and study rooms with 22 and 18 seats.

At Atapark Public Library there are a total of 10,000 works in the fields of personal development, philosophy and psychology, religious studies, social sciences, language and literature, natural sciences, mathematics, technology, art, Turkish and world history, and geography.

MEMBERSHIP AND BORROWING PROCEDURES

• Citizens can become members of our library by presenting their ID cards.

• The loan period for books is 15 days for each member. This period may be extended once only, for an additional 15 days.

• Members may borrow up to 3 books at any one time.

• Our library is open seven days a week from 08:30 to 23:00.

• Users are provided with up to 5 GB of Wi-Fi access per day.
