CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS

• Our municipality operates 3 child development centers.

• Our Child Development Centers serve children in the 36–66 months age group.

• The opening time of our Child Development Centers is 07:30, and the closing time is 17:30.

• A total of 305 children benefit from our Child Development Centers, which operate with affordable fees and high-quality service.

• We serve our children with qualified staff and teachers. We contribute to their awareness in cultural, artistic and scientific fields and organize activities through collaborations with embassies so that they can learn about different cultures.

           How We Work

• The aim of the programs we implement is to meet each child’s needs through learning by doing and experiencing, as their awareness of the world develops.

• In our Child Development Centers, we implement programs that are child-centered, based on family participation, support creativity, and are founded on universal values such as gender equality, ecological thinking, freedom, equality, contemporary life, peace and friendship.

• Each group provides developmentally appropriate materials and activities for children in the areas of social/emotional, intellectual, aesthetic growth and psychomotor development, while promoting a positive self-concept.

• Through planned activities, children are encouraged to discover new ideas, develop and expand problem-solving skills, language and concepts; their sense of competence and self-esteem is supported.

• The activity process adds many new values to children, with art and sports activities being among the most important.

• In the child development centers, activities such as music, chess, painting, physical education and dance are offered to develop the intuition and skills that enable children to express themselves artistically.

             ATA CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER
Our Ata Child Development Center, located in Atapark Neighborhood, has a distinctive architectural design and landscaping, making it a very special facility. It serves children with its own playground and garden situated at the entrance of the center.

• Inside, there are 3 classrooms, a room and a dining hall.

• Our Child Development Center, with a capacity of 45 students, provides full-time service between 08:00 and 17:00 for children aged 36–66 months.

• Children’s development is supported through branches such as English, music, gymnastics, folk dances, mind games, visual arts, drama, storytelling and values education workshops.

• At the Child Development Center, three meals are provided daily: breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.

• Every fifteen days, our nurse, psychological counselor and child development specialist visit our Child Development Center.

• We do not provide shuttle (transport) service
